Tibetan Prayer Flags - Medium
Prayer Flags are used to promote peace, strength, wisdom and compassion. Tibetans believe the prayers and mantras will be spread throughout the land by the “wind horse”.
These multi-colored flags are colorful and playful. They add expression and meaning to outside or indoor spaces. They reflect character and are said to bless the person who hangs them.
The different colors of each flag represent or symbolize a different element for the purpose of spiritual development and practice:
Blue (sky/ space)
White (air/ wind)
Red (fire)
Green (water)
Yellow (earth)
